Yes. Pending payments can be marked as cancelled from your dashboard at any time before they are confirmed on-chain. Once the required confirmations are reached, the payment is finalized and cannot be reversed through FiroGate — on-chain transactions are immutable.

This is what makes it truly non-custodial — your node generates the payment addresses, your node reads the blockchain, and your node holds the keys. FiroGate is the layer that orchestrates these actions and provides the merchant dashboard and API.
No. FiroGate is fully non-custodial. Funds go directly from the buyer to addresses derived by your own Firo node. FiroGate never holds, moves, or has any access to your FIRO. There is no FiroGate wallet, no pool, and no escrow — just your node and your keys.
